歌德因为在拿破仑攻破德国的时候没有站出来而备受指责，他在谈话中也做了解释。他提到他写诗从来不弄虚作假，他对法国人是没有仇恨的，没有仇恨怎么写表达仇恨的诗歌呢？他进一步解释道，对他而言，只有文明和野蛮之分才重要，他的文化教养大半要归功于法国人，所以对这样一个民族也恨不起来。他接着说，文化水平最低的地方，民族仇恨最强烈。如果人民在某种程度上站在超民族的地位，把邻国人民的哀乐看成自己的哀乐，民族仇恨就会消失。而他在这次进攻之前，早已站在了这种文化水平之上了。

In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
